I agree with you and also with Marta (see below) that finding a kind and supportive husband is indeed a treasure! That’s why I experienced a lot of guilt when I ended the marriage over 40 years ago.

We never know for sure how something will turn out, but in my case it was the right decision. I have been with my current husband for nearly 30 years, he knows me deeply, even my most broken parts, and we continue to grow together.

Deep knowing and growth are very important to me, and I feel blessed to experience them in my intimate relationship.
